Example brand. These are not real security commitments.

What Ruleoff can see, and what it cannot do.

A finance team gives a close tool access to its books. This page says what that access covers, in plain words.

Access

Read only, revocable in one click.

Ruleoff reads the bank feeds and ledger accounts you choose. It cannot move money or change a balance, and turning a connection off takes one click.

Drafts

Drafts not posts.

Matches, explanations and journal entries arrive as drafts. Nothing reaches your ledger until a person with approval rights says so.

Location

Data location.

Example: stored in the United States. A real product would name its hosting provider, its regions and its subprocessors here.

Trail

Audit trail.

Every match, edit and approval is recorded with a name and a time. Any month exports as PDF and CSV for your auditors.

Retention

Retention.

Example: closed months kept for seven years, then deleted. Trial workspaces are deleted 30 days after the trial ends.
